The USB Serial Converter driver is used by EmsRemoteManagementTools and Hanlog32USB when reading data from Hanwell Pro sensors. It is essential that this driver is compatible with your specific Windows operating system. Older drivers occasionally—and consistently with certain sensors—generate errors during data collection.
Common error messages include:
•
Error: (USBLoggerReadSetupConfiguration) – Bad Checksum
•
Access violation at address x in module ‘hanlog32usb.exe’. Read of address x
•
Task encountered an error (-3): FileNotFound
