User Alerts provide automated Alarm notification delivered via Email or SMS or both (Additional hardware is required for SMS Alarms).
•This section will take you through the use and settings for Email alarms and SMS Alarms.
Accessing the User Alert Settings
1.In the Graphical Overview/ Dashboard, click on the View live data icon 
on the required Site's Site Icon to display the Live View window for the selected Site. See Figure 1251 below:
2.From the View Data drop-down menu, select User Alerts.
3.From the displayed sub-menu, select either Email Alert Group or SMS Alert Group. See Figure 1251 below:
